Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request menu items?

Yes, I welcome your requests and want to cater my service to the food YOU love! However, I do need time to recipe test, so please allow me 2-3 weeks to add your request to the menu. There might be some requests I can’t accommodate due to time constraints or equipment limitations, but I will always try!

How often does the menu update?

My menu includes both evergreen and rotating seasonal items. I’m constantly recipe-testing and adding to the menu, especially as I learn your tastes and preferences. You DO NOT need to worry about variety - while my specialty is Mediterranean and modern American, I enjoy cooking cuisines from all over the world.

Do you cater to vegetarian and vegan?

While my vegan menu is currently more limited, I have an extensive vegetarian menu. I, myself, eat vegetarian half the week, so I love making vegetarian meals and understand the importance of still ensuring there is sufficient protein and variety.

What is your cancelation policy?

You ARE NOT locked into my service! There is no need for a trial, as you are free to cancel at any point. That being said, I do appreciate a 5-day heads up, if A) you need to skip a week for travels or B) no longer want to continue using my meal prep service. But, the sooner the heads up the better, so that I can coordinate my travels with clients!

When do you come to prep?

When we hop on a call, I’ll let you know my openings, and you’ll pick a day (or days) of the week you want me to come to your home and cook. I’m flexible, but I typically start at 10AM and wrap up between 2-4PM.

Where do you grocery shop?

I grocery shop at Whole Foods for the items you don’t currently have at home.

If you prefer to do the grocery shopping, let me know and I can provide a list for the week.

Can I gift meal prep?

Yes! You can gift a single or multiple meal prep sessions. This is the perfect gift for new moms, busy students and loved ones in recovery.
