As a foodie with a chronic illness and gluten allergy, I have learned to get creative in curating meals that are both anti-inflammatory AND tasty.

My approach is Earthy Elegance. Think beautiful meals, rooted in vegetables and whole food ingredients.

At Meal Prep by Maddie, I reimagine your favorite dishes, maximizing nutrients and minimizing added sugars, unhealthy fats, and refined carbohydrates. I also customize your menu to reflect your health goals, dietary preferences, requests, and allergies. As someone with an allergy, I welcome accommodations and personalization. Please note that my meals are gluten-free by default, unless requested otherwise, and all my meals can be made dairy-free.

I want my dishes to make you fall in love with healthy eating, realizing that flavor isn’t compromised but enhanced with organic, whole food ingredients!

About Maddie

My love for meal prepping started when I was a marketing professional at a busy agency. I realized if I didn’t meal prep, I either didn’t eat or went with the most convenient (and often unhealthy) option near my office. And unfortunately, “running on empty” added up to crippling fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and worsening chronic pain.

After a major wake up call, I decided to set myself up for success, starting with meal prepping. My newfound love for creating healthy meals, and my desire to continue my health journey, led me to enroll in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s health coaching program. Equipped with this knowledge, I now develop recipes and prepare nutrient-dense, balanced, and exciting meals for busy professionals and families in the DMV.
